One-way interview overview

One-way video interviews by Clovers are asynchronous conversations between applicants and recruiters. Candidates self-record and submit responses to interview questions, then hiring teams review those answers at a later time.

  • One-way video interviews are often used to find qualified candidates early in the hiring process. Applicants who meet initial screening criteria can complete a one-way video interview.
