Update your calendar connection


We understand that change can sometimes be a bit tricky, but fear not – we're here to guide you through a simple process that will enhance your experience and help you seamlessly transition to your new calendar integration. By updating your calendar connection, you'll enjoy a more consistent experience and better event detection. Let's get started!


Why Update Your Calendar Connection?

Updating your calendar connection is essential as we migrate to a new provider. This update ensures that your events and appointments are accurately detected and integrated, providing you with a smoother and more reliable experience.


Disconnecting Your Calendar

  1. Log into Clovers and Navigate to the "Interview detection" section. This is where you manage the Clovers connection to your calendar. Click here
  2. Disconnect the Current Connection: Locate the current calendar integration. Click on the "Disconnect" link.
  3. Confirm Disconnect: Follow the prompts to confirm the disconnection. 

Reconnecting Your Calendar:

  1. Initiate New Connection: The option to "Sign in with [your calendar provider]" will be displayed on he screen. Click into the correct button for your calendar provider. This is either Google or Microsoft.
  2. Authorize Access: You will be asked to provide permission for the new connection. This is standard and ensures a secure integration. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the authorization.
  3. Verification: Once authorized, your calendar should now be connected to our new system. You won't see any immediate changes on the Integrations page – and that's absolutely fine!
