How to configure your Company Profile

Updating company profiles (admin function only):

To enable closed captioning, click settings in the lower right of the video below, and under Closed Captions, toggle the button to ON.



In this brief walkthrough, we’ll navigate the Company Profile. If you have additional questions, please contact your dedicated Client Success Team. 


Step 1). Navigate to the leftmost panel and click the cogwheel icon at the bottom of the screen.

It'll send you to the Settings Page.



Step 2). On this page, click into the box Labeled Company Profile on the left hand side.


Step 3). To add a logo, click “Browse Files”. This will prompt your Files Folder to open. Search for the image that you would like to use as the logo. Click the image to select it and then click 'open'. 

Your new image will appear in the Company Logo section of the page.



Step 4). The contact email address can be updated by overwriting the email address that is already populated.


Note that valid email addresses are those that use one of the company domains registered with Clovers. You can see the acceptable domains in the box labelled “Company Domain(s).*  



Step 5). Time zones are displayed in the drop down by region first with the cities appearing after the region. To change the time zone, click the arrow on the drop down menu and select the correct region/city. 


The default timezone is what will display automatically on all new user profiles. Each user, however, will be able to adjust their own timezone on their user profile.


Step 6). Once you’ve made your choices and are satisfied with them, click “save changes” at the bottom of the screen.


Clicking Undo brings the page back to its original state as of the last save event.




 Congratulations! You’ve now learned how to access and update the Company Profile!
