Removing the recorder from your meeting

To enable closed captioning, click settings in the lower right of the video below, and under Closed Captions, toggle the button to ON.

NOTE: If the Clovers Recorder has joined a meeting that you no longer want it to attend, it is possible to remove it. Everyone in the meeting, including candidates have the power to do so.

1. To remover the Clovers recorder, you simply need to type STOP in the Teams or Zoom chat and send it to the recorder.  Once you do this, the recorder will send a message to all participants letting you know that it will leave and it will remove itself.
