Recording phone interviews in Zoom

To enable closed captioning, click settings in the lower right of the video below, and under Closed Captions, toggle the button to ON.
- Schedule an interview using a calendar invitation. Follow these steps
- When it's time for the interview to start, join the meeting
- Click into the participants button in Zoom
- Click the Invite button on the bottom of the popup window
- Click the Call out tab
- Type in the candidate’s name and phone number
- Click call
- Zoom will call the candidate and when they answer, they will be added to the meeting
- Clovers will announce itself to your attendee
