Live interviews overview

Live interviews use video conferencing technology to connect employers with job seekers. This tool allows for the recording, transcription, and storage of virtual interviews. The tool is compatible with Zoom and Teams and can be integrated with most applicant tracking systems. The video aims to guide users on how to maximize the use of these tools such as using question guides to speak to job seekers.

  • Video interviews help employers make more accurate hiring decisions. They help reduce bias, reduce turnover, and save money. Video interviews also support interviewer coaching, widen the talent pool, and speed up the hiring process.
