Live interviews use video conferencing technology to connect employers with job seekers. This tool allows for the recording, transcription, and storage of virtual interviews. The tool is compatible with Zoom and Teams and can be integrated with most applicant tracking systems. The video aims to guide users on how to maximize the use of these tools such as using question guides to speak to job seekers.

To enable closed captioning, click settings in the lower right of the video below, and under Closed Captions, toggle the button to ON.
Steps:
1. Connect your Google or Outlook calendars to Clover's live for auto-recording of interviews.
2. Ensure the recorder is invited at least 20 minutes before the start of the event.
3. Add the recorder to the participants list when creating an interview invitation.
4. Include the candidate's name and job title in the invitation.
5. Review and adjust the events the recorder attends through your calendar component in Clover's live.
6. Use interview guides to standardize the interviewing experience.
7. Create a job record in Clover's live if you don't have an ACS integration.
8. Add a live interview guide to ensure interview questions are ready during the interview.
9. Customize the guide by adding or removing questions and attributes.
10. Launch the Teams or Zoom meeting through Clover's live on the day of the interview.
11. Use the interview guide during the interview and check off questions as you go.
12. Add comments and create a highlight reel of the interview.
13. Rate the candidate after the interview.
14. Review the full recording, transcript, team feedback, and overall reactions on the candidate application page.
15. Share candidate interviews with Clover's users and non-users.
16. Create and share highlight reels of the interview.
17. Add additional highlighted moments and comments to the highlight reel.
18. Delete moments from the highlight reel if needed.
